All products are gluten free. They began baking gluten free in February 2006 on the island of Siesta Key, at the request of Mrs. Stella Peters who had just been diagnosed with Celiac Disease.
They make their own gluten free flour, named "Stellar Gluten Free" and you can purchase mixes and flozen items. Call the day before by 3pm for special orders. They are currently open 9am - 5 pm Monday through Saturday.
Best of all, many of their items are vegan and are clearly marked with a V on the menu. A glance shows cookies, cookie dough and lots of pies. I can say that the apple pie is pretty darn tasty.
