Vegetarian Thanksgiving Potluck Party
Description: VegSarasota is happy to report we have secured an absolutlely beautiful setting for this event. In addition to the great scenery we will have live music, so please bring $5/person to help cover the cost along with a cruelty free dish (free from meat, eggs, dairy, or honey) for 6-8 people. Please try to make your dish thanksgiving inspired - Note: desserts are always holiday inspired :) This is sure to be one of the most wonderful gatherings we have all year, so if you've been waiting for a chance to meet other vegetarians/vegans we encourage you to attend, even if you are unable to bring a dish.

Vegetarian Cooking Class & Vegetarian Thanksgiving Dinner
Description: This class is provided free of charge, and you do not need to bring anything. The Shien Deh Temple is a temple of eastern Dao and is a peaceful setting in which to receive instruction in the art of cruelty free cooking. Please dress appropriately (no shorts or tank tops).

Sarasota Vegetarian and Vegan December Meetup
Description: The meetup is a fairly informal gathering with the goal of being productive while socializing. We have fun seeing familiar faces and meeting new friends! Please join us for a nice evening connecting with like-minded individuals. We are adopting our revised format to provide a little more eating time and focus for the meeting portion. Please arrive early (7pm) if you would like to eat beforehand. The meeting will start promptly at 7:30pm. Depending on the number of RSVP's we'll either be in the lifestyle center or out front as usual.
